The venue Dashboard

Each venue has its own Dashboard - the one place in the portal with real, live analytics for that venue. Open a venue and choose Dashboard from its menu. Figures are calculated over the last 30 days and compared with the prior 30 days, and the page refreshes itself periodically so it stays current.

Four headline metrics, each shown with a delta against the previous 30-day period so you can see the direction of travel:

KPI What it tells you
Revenue Total revenue over the last 30 days.
Bookings Number of bookings in the period.
Approval Your approval rate - the share of requests you approved.
Unique guests How many distinct guests booked in the period.

Below the hero KPIs, a row of supporting numbers adds context:

Metric What it tells you
Average party Average party size across bookings.
Cancellations % The share of bookings that were cancelled.
Revenue today Revenue taken so far today.
Revenue (7 days) Revenue over the last seven days.

A set of “right now” tiles show where things stand at this moment rather than over a trailing window:

  • Today - activity for today.
  • Pending - bookings waiting on a decision (mirrors your Inbox).
  • Lifetime - cumulative totals for the venue.

A chart plots booking requests over the last 14 days, so you can spot the shape of demand across the fortnight - quiet Mondays, busy weekends, the run-up to an event - and staff accordingly.

The operator-wide Dashboard (the main menu’s first item, at /app/client) is a lighter overview across everything you run. It shows three tiles - Venues, Total Guests and Revenue (this month) - plus a Recent Guest Activity table.
