Aimy, your concierge

Aimy is your personal concierge inside Sidedoor. Instead of tapping through screens, you can just ask.

Where to find Aimy

Aimy lives on your Home screen. Tap the floating Open Aimy concierge button to start a conversation.

What you can ask

Aimy is titled “Aimy - your concierge”, and the input invites you to “Ask Aimy - bookings, music, settings…”. You can chat naturally about:

  • Bookings - finding somewhere to go or getting something booked.
  • Music - venues by the sound you’re after.
  • Settings - help getting around the app.

Aimy may suggest specific venues as quick pills you can tap.

You’re always in control

Aimy proposes actions rather than doing them behind your back. When it wants to do something for you - like making a booking - it shows you a confirmation card, and nothing happens until you confirm. You can also give a quick thumbs-up or thumbs-down on Aimy’s replies to help it improve.
