Bundles & add-ons
Bundles are named sets of add-on items you sell alongside a booking - a bottle package, a birthday extra, a set menu upgrade. Once created, a bundle can be attached to table bookings and events, where it appears as an extra in the booking wizard.
You’ll find them under Settings → Inventory / Bundles.
Creating a bundle
Section titled “Creating a bundle”A bundle has a name and an Applies to setting that decides where it can be offered:
| Applies to | The bundle can be attached to… |
|---|---|
| Tables | Table reservations. |
| Events | Events. |
Inside the bundle you add items. Each item has:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name | What the add-on is called, for example Bottle of Prosecco. |
| Price | The item’s price. |
| Max quantity | The most of this item a guest can add to one booking. |
| Image | A picture shown in the booking wizard. |
Attaching bundles
Section titled “Attaching bundles”Bundles are offered through your access profiles:
- Table profiles have a bundles field - attach bundles you want offered with table reservations.
- Event profiles have a bundles field - attach bundles for that event.
When a guest books through a rule or event that has bundles attached, the items appear as optional extras in the booking wizard, priced and quantity-capped as you set them.
