• Runbooks — (to add) operational procedures. The app repo holds engineering runbooks (prod cutover, staging migration, autofix) — link or mirror the ones relevant to non-engineers here.

Draft — decide: what internal content lives here (docs site, staff-facing) vs stays in the app repo (engineering). This section is for staff who don’t live in the codebase — support, ops, onboarding.
